VRC joined forces with United Way and other local business to open Denton County’s first veteran’s center. The center provides Veterans with services, counseling, and consulting on the processes of obtaining other Veteran services or benefits.
The Denton County Veterans Center is operational at 400 S. Carroll Blvd., Denton, TX 76201. Due to the generous donations from VRC, Links Construction, and several private donors we have already been able to help hundreds of veterans and their families. Veterans now have a one-stop spot for finding assistance and programs that can prove to be beneficial. Case managers previously met with veterans and their families at homes, public locations, and in limited quarters at United Way’s Denton location. This only allowed for case managers to work out of their cars. With the giving of VRC and donors, they are now able to provide a common place for workers and Veterans to meet.

VRC believes that being able to give back to these men and women who proudly served our country is not only a great honor, but our responsibility as fellow veterans and Americans.
